Unleashing the Potential in People and Organisations
With 15+ years in business strategy consulting, I spent the last 8 years of my career between startups and large organisations, creating opportunities for mutual contamination. I developed an understanding of innovation encompassing the whole organisation and involving value proposition, business model, strategy, culture, people, processes and tools.
In 2011 I created the Learning Startup foundation to disseminate entrepreneurship as a professional development option among children, teenagers, women and the disadvantaged.
In 2014 I founded Pretotype Co. to provide business consulting and training to large organisations and help them evolve and develop an entrepreneurial culture for agile innovation, to remain relevant in a constantly changing business environment.
